Executive Chef Mark Hill takes the best of classic British Pub Fare and makes it uniquely Chicago’s own. Early years as a line cook at chain restaurants in Champaign, Illinois, sharpened his basic proficiency, and attending culinary school fired his passion. Serving under several James Beard-nominated and award-winning chefs in Chicago Mark developed his natural talent to an artisan level.
